Group/Couples Training

Group personal training/Couples training different form of personal training but the key factors remain the same. The goals, session content and progression with member of the group also remains the same as a one to one session. In a group personal training setting at BPPC team members are often doing different things at their own customized level of fitness or ability.

 

Typically in a small group environment there will be specific drills or exercises all working at the same time. The Coach would then work with each member of the group and complete each drill over a timed period. Another variation of group exercise at BPPC is a choreographed exercise drill in which the entire group more or less is doing the same thing and complete the exercise over a timed period.
